Vera
An AI assistant on WhatsApp that turns a voice note or a chat message into a finished quote or invoice. Built for independent professionals and small businesses who do their admin between jobs.
Vera lives where her users already are: in WhatsApp. You describe the job in your own words, by text or by calling her, and Vera asks the questions she still needs, remembers the customers you have worked for before, numbers the document and sends back a ready-to-send PDF. A small web portal lets you review, revise and share documents with a link the customer can accept.
Technically Vera is an agent built on Claude, with Twilio for WhatsApp and voice, a job queue and a strict per-session state machine so that the model can never invent an amount. Every model call is metered with a monthly budget guard, new versions of the agent run in shadow mode against real conversations before they go live, and exports to Dutch accounting packages such as Moneybird and e-Boekhouden are on the roadmap. Vera is a product of MKBmaatwerk.
