SortWell
Rule-based tidying for files and e-mail in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Write a rule in plain Dutch or English, SortWell marks what matches and asks you about the doubtful cases. Nothing is ever deleted automatically.
Shared drives and mailboxes fill up with old quotes, duplicate invoices and documents that contain personal data nobody remembers. SortWell lets a team describe what they want to find in one sentence, for example "mark quotes older than a year that were never accepted". An LLM compiles that sentence once into a structured, testable rule; a fast classifier then evaluates the rule against every file and e-mail.
Confident matches get one of four safe actions (add a tag, remove a tag, mark as "maybe remove" or send to review). Uncertain ones land in a review queue where a human decides, and every action is logged and can be undone. The stack is Next.js 16 with the App Router, Prisma 7 on Postgres, a pg-boss worker for background classification, next-intl for Dutch and English, and delegated Microsoft Graph and Google OAuth connections per user. SortWell is a multi-tenant SaaS MVP I'm building from the ground up.
