BS Klimaattechniek — Ventilatie Rapportage
A custom web app for a ventilation contractor that replaces their Excel-and-Word workflow for airflow measurement reports: measure, fill in, click, and the Word report is ready.
BS Klimaattechniek measures airflow on grilles, ducts, pumps and water circuits in buildings and delivers a report per project. That report used to be assembled by hand from a drawing, several spreadsheets and a Word template. The new app models the whole thing: projects, floors and drawings, measurement points placed directly on the PDF drawing, and tables that calculate flow and percentages with the colour coding the engineers already know.
Several colleagues can work in the same project at once; presence avatars show who is where and changes arrive without reloading. Claude Vision helps read design values from the drawing, Geoapify powers the address search and project map, and a server-side generator produces the final .docx with footnotes, legends and the company's house style. The app ships with an in-app manual, invite-only accounts and roles, and end-to-end tests with Playwright. Delivered through MKBmaatwerk.
